Fuck PTCL
I am so peeved off at PTCL. Without warning, they have decided to do some form of an upgrade and lo and behold all our telephones are dead.No advance warning, no intimation, nothing!
Here is what the Press Release says:
KARACHI: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has up-graded the network in surrounding of Main Khayaban-e- Sahar in the limits of Masri Shah Telephone Exchange. The telecomm services may be disturbed intermittently and hopefully the work will be completed within one week. PTCL regrets for inconvenience.
To add salt to the wound, when I called PTCL’s Help line and registered the complaint, they were oblivious to this. 1000s of people have been affected, not only phone lines out of order but also Internet. What the fuck were these people thinking in the first place.

They are not helpful at all and whenever we call their support center they usually just ask the query and doesn’t replies back no response
The support center is some what helpfull to atleast to me cuz i haven’t had any big problem using PTCL they replies very soon and all
PTCL support service is very bad. i m suffering from last 3 months due to bad service of PTCL. All the staff is enable to solve distortion problem of my phone
. this is a minor thing and now PTCL have been launched EVO TV WiFi. i m amazed why PTCL is launching these services before all these they should have to improve their basic network

I’m another victim of PTCL. Been using them for a year now and for the past 2 months I’ve registered like 200 – 250 complaints without any response.
most of the times telephone is out of order and when telephone works some sort of internet problem pops up.
Their customer support just gives you a complaint number and assurance that it will be sorted out asap but nothing happens.
PTCL is the worst ever company I’ve ever come across.
Maybe people should launch a campaign against these low life morons.
