Well – here is the thing. When people sit in my car, I ask them to wear a seat belt. You would be surprised by sheer number of people who have never worn one, and get it all wrong. Quitting Smoking.

After smoking for 20+ years, I have decided to give it up (rather gave it up yesterday). I usually smoke anywhere from 10-12 to 16-20 cigarettes a day, but never actually crossed a pack-a-day mark, but did come darn close to it. Why did I decide to give up?
