The map shows where financial licences and companies are being advertised for sale. It is a picture of seller activity, not a register of assets, and not an offer of anything.
What the numbers count
Every figure is a count of adverts, not of licences. If one broker reposts the same entity five times, that is five. If five brokers all shop the same asset, that is five. The figures measure how actively a jurisdiction is being sold into — nothing more.
Nothing here is verified
The underlying material is marketing copy collected from public channels and broker websites. Faisal Khan LLC has not confirmed any of it. A listing is not evidence that the licence exists, that it is in good standing, or that the advertiser has any right to sell it. Always check the relevant regulator's own public register.
"For sale" does not mean transferable
Even where a licence is genuine, it usually cannot simply be bought. In most jurisdictions a change of control requires the regulator's prior approval, the regulator can refuse it, and some authorisations cannot be transferred at all. Treat any listing as the beginning of a regulatory process, not the end of one.
Prices are bands, not quotes
Where a figure was advertised, it is shown as a band rather than a number, converted to approximate US dollars purely to choose that band. Amounts under $1,000 are treated as undisclosed, because at that size they are ordinarily fees rather than asking prices. Most listings show "price not disclosed", which is accurate: sellers overwhelmingly advertise "contact only".
