Terms & Conditions

Quote Validity

All written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If you'd like to engage our services beyond that date, we'll need to provide an updated quote reflecting current market conditions and any changes to the scope of work.

Right to Revise or Cancel

We reserve the right to revise our pricing, fees, and service terms with 30 days' notice. If we make changes that materially affect your engagement, we'll notify you before they take effect. You have the option to accept the new terms or terminate the engagement without penalty if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the notice.

We also reserve the right to cancel or decline services to any prospect or client at our discretion, particularly if compliance concerns arise or if the engagement doesn't align with our service model.

Cryptocurrency Surcharge

If you choose to pay fees or deposits in cryptocurrency (USDC or USDT), we apply a 3–5% processing surcharge to account for volatility, conversion costs, and settlement risk. This surcharge is added to your invoice and due at the time of payment.

Service Limitations

Our services are advisory and facilitative in nature. We do not guarantee that any bank will approve your correspondent relationship, that any transaction will settle, or that your business goals will be achieved. We provide recommendations, guidance, and relationship introductions based on our experience and expertise, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (bank decisions, regulatory changes, market conditions, etc.).

No Use of Quotes for Fundraising

Quotes we provide are for your internal use only. You may not use our quotes, recommendations, or letters in fundraising pitches, investor decks, or public materials without our explicit written permission. If you'd like to reference our engagement in fundraising materials, ask us first—we may provide a formal reference letter instead.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We don't share details of your operation, financials, or compliance setup with third parties except as required by law or to complete your engagement (e.g., your correspondent bank will receive relevant KYC and compliance information).

Liability Limitations

Our liability for any breach of these terms is limited to the fees you've paid us. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from our services or any failure to deliver. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
