At Faisal Khan, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for our consultation services.

Discovery Calls (15 Minutes - Free)

Our 15-minute discovery calls are complimentary and do not require payment. No refunds apply as these sessions are offered at no charge.

Paid Consultations (30 and 60 Minutes)

Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before scheduled consultation: Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional charge
• 24-48 hours before scheduled consultation: 50% refund or option to reschedule with no penalty
• Less than 24 hours before scheduled consultation: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability and may incur a fee
• No-show: No refund or rescheduling option

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation according to the timeline above. To reschedule:

• Contact us via email at contact@faisalkhan.com
• Provide at least 48 hours notice when possible
• Propose alternative dates/times

Emergency Cancellations

In cases of genuine emergencies (medical emergencies, family crises, natural disasters), we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include a full refund or rescheduling at no penalty. Documentation may be requested.

Cancellations by Faisal Khan, LLC

If we need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, you will receive:

• Immediate notification
• Full refund or priority rescheduling
• Option for additional consultation time at no extra charge (at our discretion)

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Service Quality

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a consultation, please contact us within 48 hours of the session. We will review your concerns and may offer:

• Additional follow-up consultation at no charge
• Partial or full refund (at our discretion)
• Other remedies as appropriate

Long-Term Engagements

For ongoing consulting projects or retainer agreements, refund and cancellation terms will be specified in the individual engagement agreement.

Technical Issues

If technical issues prevent completion of a virtual consultation and the issue originates from our side, you will receive either a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session.
