The Global Licensing Price Sheet (July 2026) — document FK-A001, Faisal Khan LLC, issued 20 July 2026 — covers Faisal Khan LLC professional fees across 17 non-US jurisdictions; the United States is priced separately in FK-A002. All figures are in US dollars and valid 15 days from issue.
Every jurisdiction can be entered by up to four routes: acquire an existing licensed entity (fastest route to full control), operate under sponsorship (fastest route to market), file a fresh application, or register as an authorised delegate (lowest cost of entry) — available in only six of the seventeen markets. New Zealand is the cheapest and fastest entry on the board, from $15,000 sponsorship in 2–5 months; the EU/EEA fresh application runs $120,000, the most expensive on the sheet; Japan's 12–24 month timeline is the longest.
What the sheet covers:
- Buy-side advisory priced by deal size, not jurisdiction, from $12,000–$15,000 under $150,000 up to $400,000–$500,000 above $10,000,000 — 50% on engagement, balance at closing
- Canada's two-track regime: FINTRAC MSB registration plus a separate, mandatory RPAA registration with the Bank of Canada, bundled from $35,000
- What's included in FK fees — strategy, application drafting, regulator or sponsor liaison, local counsel introductions
- What's quoted separately — regulator fees, share capital, safeguarding deposits, Compliance Manual from $15,000, Risk Manual from $7,500
The disclaimer is explicit: no approval, banking relationship or licence issuance is guaranteed, and FKLLC is not a money transmitter and is not in the flow of funds. Pricing hardens once the firm has reviewed a client's actual flow of funds, corridors and principals.
