The Premium Pricing Sheet (FK-N004 v1.0, Faisal Khan LLC, May 2026) is the nine-page pricing addendum to FK-N002. It sets out two layers of cost in USD: what a sponsoring solution provider charges a neobank programme, line by line, and what Faisal Khan LLC charges to take a client from readiness to go-live — "in exactly two numbers." Quotes are valid 30 days.
The provider figures are indicative market ranges drawn from live engagements, stated low, average and high, with the warning that "A well-specified program prices at the average; a vague one prices at the high end or not at all." Setup runs $8,500–$25,000 and the monthly programme fee $2,500–$9,200 from month one, regardless of volume.
The worked example is the part worth reading first. A programme onboarding 1,000 individual customers in year one, priced at the averages, pays roughly $94,000 in provider charges — and that is before FX basis points, wire actuals, monthly account fees, and any deposits or reserves the provider requires.
What the sheet covers:
- Per-account pricing: $3–$5 account activation, $20–$27 KYB per business customer, $1–$15 monthly per open account
- The revenue pattern to internalise — incoming payments usually free, the provider earning on the way out, 15–30 bps on outgoing FX conversions
- Quarterly compliance charges of $3,500–$7,000, scaling with programme size and risk
- The $18,000 Advisory Mandate, billed across three milestones, and what it does and does not include
- The $23,000 Premier Mandate, and its three negotiation aims: a one-year contract instead of three, an all-in monthly under $7,500, and no founder personal guarantee
- Why that matters in arithmetic — a three-year commitment at the average monthly fee is a $162,000 obligation
