Can we, in due time, transfer to another license in the future (if one day we decide to obtain our own license in the USA)?

The question in full

In the US RaaS model, clients remain under the Principal License Holder (PLH) due to regulatory structure. However, if a business later obtains its own US license, it can re-KYC and migrate users to its own platform and compliance framework under its new regulatory authorization.

Answer

Of course, it is your brand, your domain, your service/trademark, you can do whatever you want with it. The client (legally) will belong to the PLH due to licensing policy and how the US works (there is no passporting of clients). But the day you get your own license, you can reverify and KYC them onto your own platform, under your own license and compliance program.
