EU: License Application Prescreening

As an initial note, we wish to highlight that we receive numerous inquiries from entities keen on obtaining a license within the European Union. Unfortunately, there’s a prevalent misconception that the licensing process simply involves paying an application fee or showcasing the necessary capital, and then receiving a license. It’s essential to understand that the dynamics of financial service licensing have evolved, and such assumptions are outdated.

The current regulatory climate, especially in the financial services sector within the EU, has set new standards. Regulatory authorities are now emphasizing, and in many cases mandating, that only those candidates who undergo the most stringent evaluation processes are considered for a license.

We are sure you must have studied the license application requirements as set out by the regulator from the country of your choice in which you wish to apply for a license. Regardless of the specific requirements of the chosen country, we mandate that all applicants demonstrate the ability to show proof of funds, with a minimum requirement of € 275,000.

In order to move ahead with your licensing application in the EU, we require prescreening of your case. This prescreening involves a thorough assessment of various elements related to your application. This includes your background, financial standing, corporate structure, technological infrastructure, compliance systems, business strategy, marketing plans, sales techniques, customer support mechanisms, and a deep understanding of the specific sector you aim to serve.

Once this evaluation is concluded, we will offer detailed feedback on the feasibility of your application, its potential acceptance by the EU regulatory body, and other vital factors.

Please note that there’s a fee of € 4,500 for participating in this prescreening process. However, if you choose to continue with the licensing application after the prescreening, the entire amount will be credited towards our professional fees for the licensing assistance.

We are confident that this transparent and rigorous approach ensures that only the most qualified and apt candidates apply. This not only enhances the probability of success but also contributes to a stronger and more resilient financial services environment within the EU.

Thank you for your comprehension, and we eagerly await the opportunity to guide you through your licensing endeavors.
