Sponsoring institutions typically charge:

One-time Fee: € 15,000 (low), 

Monthly Recurring Fee: Low: € 3,000, Median: € 7,000, High: € 10,000

Deposit: Most sponsoring institutions look at deposits (to cover expenses, etc.) starting at € 25,000.
