2. Refund Policy for Digital Products (E-Books, Guides, Reports, etc.)

All digital products, including e-books, reports, templates, and other downloadable content, are considered final sale and non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded. However, we may grant refunds in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive the purchased digital product due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • Corrupt or Unreadable File: If the file is corrupt or inaccessible, and we cannot provide a functional version.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product multiple times, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase(s).

Refund Request Process for Digital Products

To request a refund, you must:

3. Refund Policy for Consultancy Services

Our consultancy services involve direct engagement, expertise, and time commitment. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are generally not available after a session or service has been delivered.

However, refunds or rescheduling may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation at Least 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel a booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
  • Failure to Deliver the Service: If we are unable to fulfill our commitment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will provide a full refund or an alternative solution.
  • Incorrect Purchase: If you mistakenly purchase the wrong consultancy package and notify us within 7 days before any services have been rendered, we may offer a refund or allow you to switch to the correct service.
