It depends on what you call robust. There are three available models
1. Using the PLH’s own payout partner – in which case, you would find out once the partner in question has been introduced to you.
2. Use a third party aggregator (for which a correspondent tie-up agreement would be required)
3. You bring in your own licensed provider, in which case, the robustness is on you, and you would still need to have your payout MTO in PH to have a correspondent tie-up agreement with the PLH in the US.
