Our general refund policy states that any amount that you have paid to us and is deemed refundable will be refunded in full within 60 days from the date of request. If you are not satisfied with our services (i.e., you have not signed up with the solution provider(s) we have introduced you to), you can reach out to us, and we will process your refund promptly.
Please note that our refund policy is subject to change if we have a signed contract with you. In such a case, the refund policy mentioned in the contract will supersede our general refund policy.
It is essential to mention that application assessment fees are non-refundable and are not part of our general refund policy. If you have paid an application assessment fee, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.
