Refund Policy

Faisal Khan, LLC (“the Company”) hereby affirms its dedication to furnishing superior services to its clientele. Notwithstanding this commitment, the Company acknowledges the potential for circumstances wherein the services rendered may not meet the client’s expectations, necessitating a refund request. To address such eventualities, the Company has instituted a comprehensive and transparent refund policy.

Pursuant to the Company’s general refund policy, any remittances made by the client to the Company, which are recognized as refundable, shall be reimbursed in their entirety within a sixty (60) day period following the submission of a refund request by the client. Should the client express dissatisfaction with the services provided—specifically, if the client has not engaged with the solution provider(s) introduced by the Company—the client is encouraged to communicate their request for a refund to the Company, which shall then endeavor to expedite the processing of said refund.

The client is advised that the Company’s refund policy is subject to modification in the event of an executed contract between the Company and the client. In such instances, the refund policy delineated within the contractual agreement shall take precedence over the Company’s general refund policy herein described.

It is imperative to note that fees associated with the assessment of applications are not subject to refund under any circumstances and are expressly excluded from the purview of the Company’s general refund policy.

The Company remains unwavering in its commitment to delivering exemplary services to its clientele and stands ready to assist should the provision of services not proceed as anticipated. Clients with inquiries or concerns regarding the Company’s refund policy are invited to contact the Company directly.
