Timeframe
Once you have made an application to us, please wait for our representative to get in touch with you. We should get back to you within 5-10 working days. We will be happy to assist you and answer all your queries. Ideally, if your application is complete upon submission, i.e. it contains all required documentation, you should receive a decision about your application within 3 months. However, incomplete applications may take up to 12 months. Thus it is imperative that you submit your documents in a timely manner.

While we help you apply for a SEMI License, we also help you fulfil all legal requirements, so that you can obtain your license quickly and in the first attempt. As you make an application for a SEMI License, it is fairly understood that you are just starting out in the e-money market. Thus, you can expect our help in case of any complications, in development of business plans, preparation of documentation, any required registration and licensing along with all associated correspondence.
