| Documentary Stage This is the filing stage where we help with the documentation process with respect to PI EMI filing. | – Preparation of a detailed list of documents and information required for the application, outlining the responsibilities and timeframe (to be used as a progress tracking tool) – Preparation of the legal part of the required EMI application documentation to the BoL – Review of the comments to the non-legal part of required EMI application documentation to the BoL – Weekly status update calls with the Client – Process management between all parties involved |
| Q&A Stage This is the post-filing stage where Q&A with respect to PI EMI filing is done. | – Q&A with the BoL and providing responses to legal questions of the BoL’s queries as well as a review of answers to non-legal questions (up to 3 rounds) – The preparation for the second meeting at the BoL – Attending the second meeting at the BoL – Weekly status update calls with the Client – Process management between all parties involved |
